The Delta FDS2NES is a conversion PCB designed for Nintendo hardware enthusiasts and advanced modders.
It allows the original components from a Famicom Disk System RAM Adapter (HVC-023) to be transplanted onto a Delta FDS2NES PCB, creating a module compatible with a NES Front Loader console.
Once assembled, the module can be inserted directly into a NES Front Loader, enabling the console to run Famicom Disk System (FDS) games without any permanent modification to the NES itself.
This project fully respects original Nintendo hardware:
- original RAM Adapter components are reused
- no software emulation
- authentic hardware-based operation
